More Exercise Quests for People Who Hate the Gym

The Gambler

To do this exercise you just need to choose two types of floor exercises such as pushups and squats. Pretend the exercises are gamblers seated at a poker table. One exercise initiates a bet by choosing a number of reps such as 20 and then does them. Then the other exercise must match it. The first exercise "bets" again, say 15 reps. Then again, trying to land a knockout punch with say 30 reps. The first exercise to not complete the declared rep number is the loser.

Deliverance

You do 1000m on the rowing machine, and then set a pushup target, say 100. Then you do as many pushups as you can, and if you can’t meet your target then you must row another 500m. When do you do as many pushups as you can, and if don’t hit the target, you row another 500m. Continue this pattern until you reach your target.

The Denver Eiffel

I made up called the Denver Eiffel. You climb 5,280' (Denver altitude) on the stairmaster and do 984 pushups (height of Eiffel tower). Today I did 600' on the stairmaster, and this weekend I plan on trying 1,000'. Hopefully by early summer I will be confident enough to attempt the challenge.
